At Third Round we are looking for a Renderer to join our Production team. This role is key to transforming models and ideas into powerful images capable of telling a clear, engaging, and strategic visual story. It is a great opportunity to deepen your experience in the world of architectural visualization, working closely with Modelers and Post-Production Artists.

At Third Round, we are looking for a Research & Development Specialist who is passionate about technology, automation, and innovation applied to creative workflows.
This role is central to Third Round’s growth and technical evolution. Your core mission will be to research, evaluate, and integrate emerging tools, AI/automation technologies, and new workflows to elevate the studio’s output quality, speed, and overall operational efficiency.

BIM Specialist
At Third Round we are looking for a BIM Specialist to join our technical team. The role focuses on producing high-quality architectural documentation and BIM models, providing our clients with clear, precise, and buildable plans for real estate projects.
You will work closely with architects, project managers, and designers to translate design intent into detailed technical documentation, organize and optimize Revit files, and ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the entire process.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, solves problems within documentation standards, and brings rigor and precision to every line they draw.
Project Manager
At Third Round, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our production team and lead end-to-end deliverables across our 3D visualization pipeline. In this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between our international clients, internal artists, and studio leadership—ensuring flawless execution, strict schedule adherence, and top-tier quality standards.
You will oversee client review cycles, drive day-to-day coordination among 3D modelers and post-production artists, and continuously refine internal workflows to maximize team clarity and operational efficiency.
This position calls for near-native English fluency, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of managing technical or creative projects in 3D architectural visualization or real estate design. It is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes full ownership of complex high-end deliverables.
Junior Architect / Architectural Drafter
At Third Round, we are looking for a Junior Architect or Advanced Architecture Student to join our production team. This role focuses primarily on technical documentation and the development of construction documentation (CD) sets, translating design intent into precise, coordinated, and buildable drawings for real estate projects.
You will work closely with lead architects, design teams, and external consultants to produce detailed drawings, architectural details, and material schedules—ensuring technical rigor, clarity, and consistency across all project stages.
This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong grasp of construction logic, sound technical judgment, and a passion for delivering high-quality documentation for top-tier international clients.
3D Production lead
At Third Round, we are looking for a 3D Production Lead to join our team as the primary guardian of visual and technical excellence across all 3D rendering deliverables. Positioned at the intersection of artistic direction and technical execution, this role is central to elevating our visual output while guiding and mentoring our rendering team.
You will work closely with production leadership and project managers to drive workflow optimization (including AI/automation and real-time tools), oversee visual QA, solve complex technical bottlenecks, and directly lead high-complexity ArchViz projects.
This position requires 4+ years of proven ArchViz experience, expert proficiency in 3ds Max and industry-standard rendering engines, exceptional photographic judgment, and strong leadership skills to streamline production pipelines and consistently deliver high-end results for top-tier international clients.
